1. Service

Forecraft is an AI prompt generation tool published by Yacine Moustir (micro-entrepreneur, France). By using Forecraft, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing

The Pro plan is billed at €3.99 / month. As a micro-entrepreneur not subject to VAT (article 293B of the French Tax Code), prices are listed VAT-exempt.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc. No payment data is stored on Forecraft servers.

4. Access

Pro access is activated immediately after payment confirmation. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law (article L.221-28), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services whose execution has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
